π₯³Events Guide
As much as we love async collabs, there's something undeniably fun about hanging out with other people in the Superteam community. If you have an idea for an event, here's how to get it up and running
Step 1: Add the Event to Our Community Calendar
You never need to ask for permission to run an event for the Superteam community.
ββWhen you create an event, make sure to list it in the Superteam Global Events Calendar so that your event appears for other Members as well.β
Alternatively, you can submit your event directly to the Superteam Global Calendar.
In general, we recommend scheduling your event at least 7 days into the future so other community members have time to block their calendars.
Step 2: Tell People About the Event
Head into the Superteam Discord and promote your event in the #general channel, or in a skill-specific channel (e.g. #design-talk, #dev-talk, etc).
We highly recommend that you also individually invite community members who you think will enjoy your session. Everyone in Superteam is really busy, and it's easy to miss a Discord message.
Step 3: Claim XP for the Event
Once the event is over, don't forget to claim XP for running the event using this link.
